Please note that every Chromebook receives regular updates from Google until it reaches its Auto Update Expiration (AUE) date. It is safe to assume that any Refurbished Chromebooks listed on REFURB.io have surpassed the AUE date. Chromebooks cannot receive additional updates from Google on and after AUE date, but will continue to function.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
